At Classic Stitch, we’re committed to delivering premium quality and customer satisfaction. Please review the following Return & Exchange Policy to understand the conditions for returns, size replacements, store credits, and refunds.

General Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items, Store Credits & Replacements: Items purchased during promotions or using store credits are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Accessories & Bags: All accessories and bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all conditions.

  • Eligibility: Only full-priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note: Products bought during promotional events (e.g., Big Million Sale, Yellow Friday Sale) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Request a Return

Return Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

Steps to Submit:

  1. Fill the return request form.

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours (Mon–Fri).

  3. Weekend submissions are processed the next business day.

Condition of Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns with signs of wear, damage, or removed tags will be rejected.

  • Classic Stitch reserves the right to deny returns not meeting quality standards.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund If:

  • Return request is made after 72 hours.

  • Product was purchased during a clearance/promo sale.

  • Insufficient information or missing tag images in the claim.

  • Item is used, damaged, or repackaged.

  • Product is reported as missing/damaged but not within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Options

1. Size Replacement:
If the fit isn’t right, request a size replacement. Reverse pickup takes 5–8 working days.

2. Store Credit:
Prefer to shop later? Get store credit.
Note: Store credit cannot be used during any sale.

3. Refunds (COD & Prepaid Orders):

  • COD Orders: ₹150 return fee + ₹100 shipping deducted.

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹150 return & handling fee deducted.
    Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to your bank account or UPI.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Available in select PIN codes only.

  • 2 pickup attempts will be made.

  • If both attempts fail, the customer must self-ship the item within 7 days to avoid cancellation.

Incorrect Items Sent Back

If you return mismatched products, items from another brand, or send additional/incorrect items, no refund or exchange will be processed.

Additional Notes

  • A product can be replaced only once. No refund or store credit after that.

  • Failed replacements will be converted to store credit (₹100 shipping deducted).

  • No refund will be issued after requesting exchange or store credit.

  • Prepaid orders refused during sale periods are not eligible for re-shipment or refund.

  • Multiple refund requests per order will incur a ₹300 deduction per request.

For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@classicstitch.com.

Refund Processing

Cashfree (For COD Orders):

  • Share your Bank Account or UPI ID.

  • Once submitted, details cannot be changed.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds go to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: 10–15 business days post pickup confirmation.

Razorpay Update:

  • Post March 10, 2025, refunds will be issued via Cashfree only.

  • Razorpay links (if sent) expire in 3 days, after which store credit will be issued instead.
